Pasco utilizes the RF/BAR quick picking techniques to make their work order picking efficient. Pasco defines the most efficient inventory location that each work order component should be picked from. For the most active kits, the kit components are picked very close to one another, which makes the high runners the most efficient to pick. For the low runners, the pick locations are still efficient but not necessarily close to each other.

Pasco also utilizes RF/BAR quick picking techniques to pick and pack their customer orders. Pasco separates their domestic picking and packing from their international picking and packing. Domestic orders are shipped immediately, whcih international orders may wait until other orders for the same region are consolidated.
